The secret is not wanting anything too much and then when you get it its not a let down. Unless of course your talking about all forms of sexual activity and i never get tired of that!!!

Most things can be broken down into needs and wants

If we can't get what we want it can become a need i.e. if we can't get sex it becomes we need sex etc
