I used to struggle on night shifts too, could never sleep before one so I used to take time to rest, turn phone off, set alarm, earplugs, eye mask, and go to bed and just relax.

I'm completely different couldn't sleep properly for about 20years working day shifts. Switched to nites and I'm like a well oiled machine. Go to work , clock out go home have a light snack and glass of water, juice. Head to bed and boom. Get around 5/6hours sleep

Her Goal came second in the FIFA goal of the year competition....hardly flukey ...she also broke her leg which set her back a couple of years...she at least followed her dreams
