"I'm happy I can still get out of bed in the mornings and just about tie my shoe laces. Other than that I'm happy I'm still able to live an active lifestyle after the yoga gives me some flexibility back" Glad you're winning your war!! Takes a lot of will power when the pain outweighs the ease. That's why I do pilates, keeps me flying right and I love it. Seriously considering yoga but think it might be a downward dog too far | |||

"Thank you. Yoga, daily sea swim etc, They have enormous physical and also mental benefits so you end up fitter, flexible and much calmer. Shaving after 40 years was painful for a while, it felt as if I was stripping the skin off, until I discovered hand made shaving soap. | |||
