My phone's going bonkers...

It has a mind of its own . Keeps doing things although I'm not asking it to, screen going crazy, flashing, refreshing...

BUT - the oddest part about it is, I have a spare phone and it's doing the exact same thing, and started at the same time ...

Anyone know how to fix...tried power reboot. Don't suggest factory reset please as I can't lose any information...

Sounds like a bug or virus. Maybe some clean ups with a decent virus software might sort it.

Agreed, virus! Factory reset or it will get your bank details.

Were you kissing monkeys in Fota?

A symptom of monkey pox, is when your phone is infected with the virus.

Check the settings for any updates, install if any is needed. If that doesn't work. Check the network setting make sure the right Internet setting is there ie 3/4/5g. Same issue with a Huawei last year

Sounds like you need to be a bit more careful about the porn sites you visit.

I don't know. It just resolved itself. I didn't do anything to help it along. The curious thing is, 2 different phones started at the same time with the same problem and resolved at the same time.
