Same for us ladies. You have to start of small with lots of lube then build up to whatever size your comfortable with. This is how i began to really enjoy it. For years I wouldn't let anyone near me there, but after wanting to try new things in the bedroom, I began to really enjoy it, and now love it. Although if you don't start of slow, it'll ruin the experience and you won't want to do it again because it can be painful. Once you get comfortable with it, it'll surprise you how fast and hard you can take it in there. I've had some wonderful experience with anal. Leg trembling after it. Something I didn't think was possible. But one of the main things one has to be aware off, you need to be empty up there. No explanation needed fir this.

Take it slowly and check is the person is okay during it to gage if they are enjoying it or if it's to much for them. Like said already start small and work up and also don't take a person's word that they can take say and 8 inch because their 8 and your 8 might be two different kinds of 8 lol, or they may not have played in awhile so things may have tightened up again. Trust,respect, consideration. Relax. It's more difficult if the penis isn't fully erect and firm. Don't force things (pardon the pun! )...you can try again another day or even not at all. Some positions might be more comfortable than others so experiment at your leisure.

Start solo with plenty of lube and just a finger. Remember to breath and relax into it and never rush.

Build up to 2 fingers/3 fingers/more movement, a small toy or plug….

Then when really comfortable (ie. Feeling comfortable, safe and equipped with the knowledge to communicate what’s going on for you/what you like or don’t), start at the start again with a partner and build up. Keep the communication going strong so everyone is sure what’s working and what’s not.

….and again PLENTY of lube!

I forgot to say, latex gloves are handy when playing, and if partners have long nails, a cotton ball in the end of the glove will soften it and mitigate the risk of scratching. Same goes for playing solo, an unfiled nail can do serious damage to the sensitive lining of the rectum.

Trying to force a large toy/penis without warming up can cause anal fissures so again take it slow, with plenty of lube, and build up so there is never any pain.

A decent anal cleanse takes me at least 45 minutes and 10 liters of warm water. It's probably the equivalent of a colonic irrigation

Definitely lube or coconut oil just watch that point where it gets really tight extra slow and easy there. I describe it as like knocking on the door if it doesn't open don't force it open come back again another time. I usually tell anyone who's a virgin to prepare at home first for awhile themselves with toys.

Use lube, always.

Start small, work your way up slowly.

If you barely fit something in, leave it there for a minute so your butt gets accustomed to the size, then pull it out and back in a couple of times should loosen the butt slightly more.

Be patient, don't overdo it.

If you notice blood and/or if your butt hurts after pulling everything out, it means you probably overdid it. Give it a couple of days rest before you try again. It usually means that you'll be looser in the future though, so it can be part of the journey.

An inflatable plug can help, but sometimes it's better to just have toys that get increasingly larger.

You might want to use condoms on the toys for easier cleanup. Lovehoney sells them in bulk for cheap (around 30 bucks for over a hundred).

They forgot to tell to use lots lube!

Avoid lubricants with anesthesic properties, desensitizing lubes, lubes with lidocaine. It will spare you from the pain but in case you have some internal injury you might not feel it.

Plenty of lube, start with a small dildo and work your way up. Two lubed fingers is a good start. Keep the area nice and clean both before and after. And lots of lube. And it's not gay for a man to have a dildo in his ass! And lots of lube.

You can get attachments that go on the shower head that are great for cleaning up there.

Massage, teasing, p$ppers and lube. If you don't want something up there there's a good chance it ain't going or will not be pleasant.

It's definitely something I was always interested in trying and I enjoy it from time to time.

You gotta be very careful with those. Some are for anal play only, not douching, you can do damage (as happened to me).

Most important bit is to relaxe. The more your anal sphincter relaxes the easier it gets. Similar to pooing just in the other direction.

Lube helps to reduce friction, but doesn't open your back portal, only your body and mind can do that. Some good toy/helper tips further up to practise

Finally as Jubal mentioned it can cause injuries and infections, so go gently and slow at the beginning...

I feel for you and can totally relate as I had those after pregnancy too... thankfully they're well in the past.

I do hope you're treating them (there's over the counter creams) or have spoken to your GP.

My ex had them so bad he actually had to have them lanced several times. Irritable bowels don't help either or having to strain excessively when going to the toilet.

So my top tips would be, talk to your doctor and have a look at your diet and water intake to soften stools and remain regular.

I hope that these will resolve themselves for you x
