I am afraid a new government initiative means that a tax on masturbating will need to be collected every Sunday for the week’s activities at 1.33 euro per wank . can you please work out the tax you owe and self declare by posting

This is a classic Catch 22 dilemma (a famous novel by Joseph Heller).

You don't want to pay an excessive amount of tax, but you don't to pay no tax at all; particularly in a scenario where everyone's tax, in this specific instance, would be publicly available online.
