Just caught myself day dreaming while waiting for the bus.

What is the strangest day dreams youve had.

I had the craziest daydream that the tokamak technology being developed outside Marseilles had been rapidly brought to fruition and the energy crisis being engineered by Vlad Putin was avoided!

Tokamak is nuclear fusion as opposed to fission that causes so many waste problems in the extreme long term!

My daydreams tend to be analysing my night dreams which are so vivid they feel real, and I so often recall them which seems to be uncommon

Strangest day dream was: if I was to have the superpower of invisibility, What I would do to eliminate injustice, poverty, diseases and hunger from the world.

My day dreams could be anything to be honest ...usually weather related

However one thing that happens on a regular basis worries me

When I go for a long journey driving my car I sometimes zone out and don't remember driving a distance

Am I day dreaming....I'm not sure but its weird

One principal cause of remembering your night dreams is shallow sleep, as opposed to really deep sleep.

A cause of shallow sleep can be eating too soon before going to bed or sleep apnea.

If it is affecting your health your sleep cycle can be analysed.

Do you feel exhausted as if you never slept, despite being in bed for eight hours?

Stuck behind slow drivers or tractors on countryside roads I day dream of a drone camera I could use that could see a few corners in front of me so I could pass them out safety, if I couldn't have that maybe a rocket launcher to blow them up, or one of those cattle plows to push them of the road
