I would avoid temple bar at all costs tbh, Camden street is much better

Ballsbridge, City Centre

Capel street is worth a shout, closer to croke park so a bit handier

Meaghers pub near the hill entrance, also the living room top of o Connell street isn’t too far definitely fit after, especially because they’re looking to build a hotel in the smoking area, 3 pubs smoking ares meet out the back, good to experience incase it’s gone soon

You can also stay on Green further down towards O Connell street ..less of a walk especially when you've a few pints

Camden St, South William street, Fade street, Harcourt street and all connecting streets. They are all neighbouring streets in Dublin 2 and have great bars, restaurants and fantastic atmosphere where locals go.

I wouldn't bother staying in Croke park area. Go to Temple bar to experience it but it's a tourist trap.

Temple Bar is the best place ever! Easy to find, great craic, loads of pubs and people with similar music taste. Why search any further when it's all there?

My days of territory hunting are long gone, I leave that to the young ones.

I've found fab online hunting is easier, offers great choice and you can check the goods.

Na I just think you should give tips in line with people's interests, simples.
