M50 eflow

Hi guys what the story with eflow was in Dublin a few weeks back went the m50 North and south no problem there ,here's the problem I was driving down my friend payed the told he said, went around to x place yesterday and a letter there for me from eflow saying payment penalty for non payment I said to myself maybe the payment did not go through, so just paid it, got a email saying thanks, but hold on I went down in my email box to find a email from eflow saying it was payed on the day...don't go through emails often.....so is this a scam by eflow has anyone else got this before...call be made tomorrow...enjoy the sun...

Did friend pay for 2 trips initially? What were u driving, car, van etc

friend paid for the 2 trips got the email but did not see it, but a demand for payment on penalties having already paid for the trips,that where I have the problem looking for penalties when it's already paid...

I think it’s a scam , I got one for recurring payments, Gone right up to £170 with enforcement letter to home address and I have a tag from day one, Loads just pay don’t Query it , Happen on another car to few years ago ?
