Kilkee beach hot sat night back in the mid eightys

Bodrum a hot night soon after arriving was nearly caught by the maintenance man as he came to the pool to dose it wtf was he doing at 2.00 am dising the pool ill never know

Lake in clare early 2000's it looked deserted

had to stay in the water for half an hr as the walkers chatted to the missus i think she purpsly delayed them

Red sea in Sharm El Sheikh late at night. Water was as warm as a jacuzzi and the experience was made even hotter by the companion.

After the pub closed one night in the River Wear in Durham with a male friend

It was a heatwave and the water was same temperature as the air

But as the team (and I) were non-nationals, the shame that surrounds nudity in many Irish (or certainly from my experience growing up here) was never something any of us would have given 2 hoots about

Walked home from the pub with a male friend and 2 female friends one night and someone got the notion to take a dip in the nude, there was I thinking by the time we get to the water they will have given up on the idea but was I wrong. Got to the location and both female friends stripped off and jumped off the pier into the water! My friend and I looked at each other and said well we will just have to join them

. We duly stripped off and jumped in, to say we were slightly intoxicated was an understatement but my lord when that cold water hit us we were not long getting sober

Had a bit of fun in the water all together and when it was time to get out my male friend says “I can’t” I asked why not and he said I have an erection

. To this day I still can’t understand how he managed that as the water was so cold but we left him there to calm things down and he got out after!

Oh the days when you are young and dumb!

17 yrs young on a holiday on my own ..met up with a big crowd from Cork and Dingle ...few beers in the pub and the beach was there in the moonlight so most of us stripped off and went in....fun trying to find your clothes with only a cigarette lighter as it was before phones

Now...a naturist anyway so nude swimming is normal with friends

Absolutely agree with you and if I caught my kids doing it now there would be hell to pay but it happened in different times before we started wrapping our kids in bubblewrap!

Yes - we had a dip there last Sunday. Unfortunately the clouds rolled in and covered the beach when the sun was splitting the rocks 300m inland.

This exactly, so nice having a natural swim.

Hawks Cliff on the Vico side is a nice quiet nudist spot, Killiney beach can get a bit busy and plenty of youths and families..
