Newry Down

In Belfast it was dull early in the day, and although it brightened later it was unspectacular

Weather reporting on BBC tends to be London-centric which has a special microclimate that is caused by its location, flat terrain and lack of wind in comparison with NI

Tonight will be very warm and looking out at the Mourne Mountains from my home, the clouds are hugging the contours of the mountains, which is quite unusual.

Throw in the odd rain shower for the crops and I'm with you on this. What I call a proper summer.

Anyhow unfortunately the Irish government is responsible for the weather and are a miserable crowd.
