You only have a few veris and the published one is 4 years old, so I'm assuming you're not very well known on the scene.

Bearing that in kind, i'd suggest getting yourselves to as many large socials as possible over the summer (see separate thread for the list). Introduce yourselves as a trio to as many people as possible, get plenty of veris and then (and only then) should you organise your party. But meet the ladies for coffee first if you haven't met them before. They (and you) will need to feel safe about the event.
