Has anyone tried the “Herbalife” nutrition meal replacement shakes? Just wondering if they work and if they’re worth the money as they are pretty expensive…. Cheers

Another miracle weight loss cure. As PT the only thing that works is clean eating at a calorie deficit and regular exercise

A friend of mine used it for a couple of years, lost loads of weight, starting selling it etc.

She did lose weight and looked great for a year or so but nutritionally it wasn’t enough for her and she ended up needing to come off it and get away. Maybe it’s changed since then but I think if weight is an issue, there are better ways to lose it.

Having recently lost a shit ton of weight, check there’s nothing awry medically and start by eating more good stuff and moving more than you used to. It will work, albeit slowly, even jd you do get help.

I would suggest using that money to join Slimming World, it's fantastic. These 'health suplements' are expensive and unsustainable, you need a long-term plan. Good luck.

"It is a diarroretic. Page 3 sam fox was caught up in that scam years ago."

A diuretic is something that increases the production of urine from the body.

I do not know how Herbalife is purported to work, but many reports about it deem it to be another scam or con without any scientific basis.

It is probably another pyramid selling scheme, whereby the more people you introduce the greater the revenue generated, for those higher up the tree!

Identify the reason for your overeating and address those issues to reduce the excess of adipose tissue that you have accumulated on your skeleton, probably over many years.

Exercise will raise your metabolic rate, improve your mood and synergistically help to resolve the problem over a long period.

There are no rapid, quick fix solutions to this issue.

I reached my target weight last week, on slimming world. Down from 18 7 to 15 9. Same weight loss as 10 years ago in slimming world. This time around, no exercise compared to last time (cycling 150 + miles a week). Exercise has very little to do with an appreciable weight loss.

Agree, it's mostly about the food. However, weight training (as opposed to aerobic exercise like cycling) does boost the metabolism which helps as well. Well done

Everything you need to know about herbalife.

Everyone above is right.

Just cut out added sugar and bread and replace them by more fruit and veg.

Best of luck with your weight loss journey
