Glitch in the system

Is there a glitch in the verifications system? I've come across a verification that was given by a user to a couple. The thing is the person giving the verification doesn't have a single verification themselves. No green icon only the mobile symbol on there profile. How is it possible that they gave a verification?

The green icon is photo verified? Some people aren't photo verified

If someone verifies you and they leave the site I think their veris disappear

So maybe thats how they could verify as they were verified at the time

Both active profiles

Couples profile verified with one verification published.

That verification ,a male profile active over a year has no verification whatsoever. No green tic , no green circle.

Just strange.

Was the process different in the past. Over a year could be a decade

You didn't have to be photo verified a few years ago, think it's only in the last year or so. And if you are verified and the person leaves , you don't see the veri but its counted as a veri

It's there to be seen. Couples profile active. Single males is not.

Just because a profile isn't active means it's suspicious, tbh make your own mind up about people, veris aren't the holy grail

If they choose not to show verifications and havent been photo verified you wont see the green tick etc.

I think that's wrong. Yes, nobody has to publish their verifications. The green circle is there regardless when you are verified. Not my first time on the site. Correct me if I'm wrong but it distinguishes users as verified.

That's it! I've lost 2 verifications from past meets that have since left.
