Lube and Dublin Airport

Just wondering as I’m sure to fly sometime in the next few weeks, and bringing only carry on, just wondering how one would bring lube through screening , as it now requires a clear plastic bag, and being less than 100ml etc.

Not like I can email Dublin Airport and ask

You can buy clear 100ml bottles in Pharmacies for flying. Transfer to those, no label needed

Same way you'd smuggle anything.

You may need to use sone of it first for where its going.

I've a little thing of lube that looks like hair gel and it's only 50ml. Very handy for travel. Or if you're flying from T1 there's a boots after security and you can buy it there.

I use silicone lube. The plastic bottles come in a range of sizes and as a little goes a long way one doesn't use as much.

Can use butter as lube so just ask in the hotel, might need quite a few od the butter sachets just nic them at breakfast.

I always wonder though why people bring liquids etc on flights, other than medications you can buy most things anywhere in the world now.
