So yeah, I know inflation has gone through the roof but I haven't been drinking in a while till last night... 8.30 for a Jameson and ? Tbf it was one of the pricier places but idk how you could afford a night out on that.

Has your favourite drinks gone up? Or do you just drink at home?

Would rarely go out to bars... but when we go we kinda expect it to be really expensive. Incl babysitters and taxis there wouldn't be change from €200

Went to a small fab social in an ordinary hotel bar 2 weeks ago

2 small (250ml) bottles of my favourite cola drink in a pint glass of ice was €7.80

They didn't serve any non alcoholic beer at all

Just as well the company was good

Yeah, my pint of Smithwicks was €9.50. Most expensive pint I ever had and I did very quickly switch to tap water after that. I mean I had to drive home anyway, so ...
