During the pandemic the owner got some work done in there now looks a bit cleaner, but could be much cleaner. There are some fabric chairs that I wouldn't sit on, the leather ones are alright, wish they only had leather chairs, they just look and feel cleaner.

It's normal to see people walking around nude, but most people are too shy so they walk around fully clothed.

As a couple you will get a lot of eyes on you, a simple stay back or give us some space should suffice. Usually people don't go and touch or interact without asking, if they do, just call the store and get that person removed. I never saw a situation where a "we are not interested" would not be enough.

There are better times than others for couples to go in, and usually it's better to arrange something beforehand.

Unfortunately there are no showers but there is a working toilet with a sink, I know it's not fancy, but at least it's better than private moment.
