Rejection

Just wondering if any of you guys have met anyone that you have maybe rejected 1st time around or maybe misjudged the book by its cover and then the tables turned???

My own experience of it happened when I was on the site a lod of years ago. I wasn't too fussed in meeting a girl that had sent me a mail and I politely declined. I ended up meeting her with another regular girl I was meeting at the time. It was a nice meet and I met her quite a few times after that occasion. Has it happened to anyone else?......

No. But I've met people at parties who had been turned down from messages, and been very glad that we trusted our guts first time around. First impressions are usually right

Awk right, yeh I get you. Not all rejections turn out to be misjudged. Some are rejected and gladly put there, thanks for the reply

No, although there were a couple I wasn't too fussed about meeting while chatting and they turned out to be great meets. But I never ignore red flags as I totally trust my instincts at this stage.

I remember before trying to chat with a couple here and message returned was We're not interested..

Have no problem with that.

Then one night they posted an update stating that Mrs was handling the account that night so I texted, got chatting and had a few amazing meets with her so I guess person who rejected me wasent the person I met

Don't know if that story answers anything but feck it, happy Friday Op!!

I’d say 80% of the guys here have been rejected and are in the friend zone, massaging the ladies ego hoping one day they will get the chance

Poor f0€kers

Nope I go by my gut instinct and have usually found it to be the best way. I did go against my gut instinct with one person once and I ended up regretting that decision .

Overall I've misjudged maybe a handful of people and initially thought they were better people than they actually were and I cut them loose.

My instincts have been spot on with everyone else though and there's no going back.

Yeah, sure, but 83.7% of men who claim to have rejected the gaa were instead rejected by said sporting and cultural organisation first.

Yeah happened to me a few times one time I particular I was getting very close with someone over the space of about 6 months and met several times and building a friendship which I was hoping for friends with benefits that's where we both wanted this too go! And low and behold he became distant and then was "too busy" even to chat! And we got on so well too! Just don't get it! Obviously got a better offer or maybe am easier offer who knows
