Hi all, I love the formula one and have done so for many years, drive to survive worked wonders for the sport but you still wouldn't know who's a fan or who isn't, I'm a ferrari fan myself, so let's have it, favourite team, past or present, and favourite driver

Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton fan here.

We attended the Silverstone F1 a few years back. Had the 4 day camping package, it was an amazing experience.

Used to watch it regularly years ago but stopped when they wouldn't let the 2 drivers from same team actually race each other, instead going to team order

But since watching drive to survive on Netflix I've got back into it again

I've watched F1 for many years. Two drivers from the north John Watson and Eddie Irwin. Also Gary Anderson from here worked on designs for Jordan.

Current driver young Norris but really anyone other than Hamilton.

Id like to set up an f1 group, where people can chat all things f1, and possibly we could organise a few weekends out a season for drinks for a race on a Sunday, organise an area in a pub with food and drinks on the house, have organised it before and a great day was always had! Pm me details and I'll get the group going if there's interest, we can choose different counties for different races

Liked the underdog so it had to be Jordan, still have some Buzzing Hornets caps from trips to Italy for a gp

The Ferrari passion has to be felt especially with over 100k race day fans in Imola or San Marino

County

Haven't watched it in ages. All professional athletes these days seem like boring bastids. They're all spotted so early on, they've done nothing else, pampered from very early and just focused on that one thing. It's impressive of course but doesn't do much for interesting personalities. They make Nigel Mansell look positively charismatic.

Jordan...the 1991 7-up car. So good looking, Scuhmacher driving at Spa.

Or later with Damon Hill when they were serious competitors.

Is there any other sport where someone is who is winning, or can win is told not to win so someone else can win and this is deemed perfectly normal and acceptable?

Ferrari- was a big Michael Schumacher fan.

Schumacher could take an underperforming car and still win or put it on the podium. Unlike Hamilton, Vestapen or Vetel, I don't recall Schumacher ever criticize his team for the performance of the car or lack of updates etc.. Hamilton gets beaten by Russell again lol and some put him in the same league as Schumacher and Senna???? I hope his son Mick does well this season

Love the difference in the crowd from some countries you take the Americans and their is more silicone in the ladies than the carbon fiber in the cars.

Looking at Spain nearly all natural beauty's
