Earlier on I drove past two guys and (a very attractive) girl taking a break from cycling, all three donned in shiny lycra.

I don't mean it too badly...but I cant leave my house for about an hour every Sunday morning while they head out and then back later

I couldn't do it..over Christmas I was doing 55kph coming over from Glendalough

They were staying ahead .....I'd literally crap myself
