Senescence is inevitable from conception onwards.

But it is possible to significantly slow this process by carefully managing this damage and congratulating yourself for doing so, every day.

My antecedents were mostly blessed with health and longevity and I assist this by not:

Smoking

Drinking alcohol

Eating processed food

Leading a sedentary life

Over-stressing on trivia.

I cannot turn the clock back; the best I can do is to look good for my age, which I do!

28, still had hair on my head & less growing out of my nose & ears

Though was good mid 20s where you hadn’t discovered what a hangover was really like yet

35, was in good shape, full head of hair, no grey ribs. Had big ambitions and was very driven until the proverbial hit the fan. More focused on people now and enjoying myself when possible.
