How do YOU find other people on fab?

Which of the many options are you using?

Are you looking at the "Near Me" list on the phone? Using the recent updates section? Actively using the search? Going to the forums and looking there for interesting people? Check out recent pictures and/or videos for people who look hot? Use the meets section? Or just go to social events to meet others there? Something else I haven't included?

There seem to be many avenues to take here, so I think it would be interesting to find out how everyone does things.

I have found the most effective way to engage is to post on the forum, not just Ireland, but on any forum that piques your curiosity. I rarely contact people, as it hasn't worked for me on this site. Your profile is honest and interesting, and i think, once you establish yourself as an interesting, safe, sane, intelligent man,through your forum contributions you will attract attention . Its probably best to ask women here what kind of pics they find attractive. Best of luck.

*All of the above except...

We use status update section to find the red flaggy people and block them before any contact.

*Checking out recent photos/videos - someone's erect penis or another photo of an ass doesn't make us want to meet them. We're into personalities.

*And never ever use meets section - those are usually full of types of meets we're not interested in.

Socials,meet and greets including ones I helped organise as things were slowly getting back together.

The forums....do you know how many puzzles and quizzes I had to start because it gave me a chance to chat to someone that I fancied

Checking out recent pictures and/or videos .

Use the meets section

Once a bit more established actually organise as well as going to social events

After that you ll find you ll get as many if not more messages than you send and kik is a great source of interactions as well but it works much better if people have seen you on forums or socials

If there is a female friend you see regularly meeting as a couple and setting up a couples’ profile (making it clear that you’re fwbs) works wonders

It depends how much time you have , how immersed you want to be and how ‘busy’ you want to be
