So why is it that most girls base meeting someone on there looks than the guys personality ?

I suppose you have to base the criteria on something,

I suppose it's a combo in reality. It's the wrapper that gets your attention. however it's the contents that will keep you coming back for more. You can have a lump of crap in a candy wrapper. Looks pretty till you see what is inside. Many people on here look fantastic. Until they open their mouth. Revealing the logs of crap in a snickers wrapper that they are.

There are plenty who have said that on the forums before.

Obviously there needs to be an attraction but we don’t all have the same taste. I’ve heard a couple of men described as the hottest on fab and I just don’t see it but that’s what makes life interesting.

Being conventionally good looking is all well and good but if you have the personality of a moist flannel, it’s a hard pass from me!

I was deluged by messages from men regarding my body to whom my personality is an utter irrelevance.

But more importantly, hearing from them doesn't really get me any closer to between a the legs of a woman somewhere appropriate on the attractiveness/personality curve

The nature of most profiles hides the looks mostly with little or nothing showing and angles/filters obscuring things further. Personality by default is the best indicator.

I think that ultimately if there's a kink that two people can be excited for and talk about indepth, that excitement would gloss over any usual preference for looks.
