Naas which is South West of Dublin

I’m sure I heard a cuckoo a little earlier……

There was a grand stretch in the evenin this evenin, has to be said. I spent most of it in the garden, the birds were going mental and I’m sure I heard a cuckoo, it’s really beginning to feel like spring/summer again, about time, I’m loving these longer evenings….

Anyone suffer from SAD?

I don’t think I generally do, or have before, but this year for the first time, I think I did, but I certainly feel a lot better this evening so anyone who does suffer from SAD, I hope you’re feeling better soon…..

I definitely think I suffer with sad and although I love the cosiness of winter etc there is something up lifting about the birds singing, sun shining, etc

Dublin City

I love the longer evenings. I had a pint last night around 8:30pm outside and it was glorious

Stokesley

Been watching a dunnock this week nesting in the ivy.

All consuming for us both I think ..full four pack of teacakes toasted and two mugs of Tetley one afternoon!

Love this time of year, early mornings before work are best I think

I suffer from SAD, generally lasts from September to February, cannot wait to retire and spend winters away from this dark rainswept godforsaken rock in the North Atlantic.

Dont suffer from SAD but any time im feeling a little down,I take myself out to the garden or into the countryside to "Breathe ".Its great for mental health as we all know. The sound of the little birdies just lifts me

East / North, Cork

I don't think I have any seasonal disorder... but I definitely feel a pep in my step at this time of year and over the next month or so. I am an early riser so I love the bright mornings.

I think I do as I tend to come alive in March and feel better overall, the want to hibernate subsided
