Jumped into the sea started swimming came back 4hrs later shoulders in tatters for the next few days. Well at least until tomorrow when I go at it again.

Very fond of walking, and I am delighted that I have now rehabilitated my knee.

I had managed to injure it over a period of two years through overuse in a job I had bluffed my way into;

I spent too much time on my knees for prolonged periods and finally knelt on a metal stud whilst up on a roof, removing years of accumulated detritus.

I then spent two months, immobilised on my settee.

To be able to walk without any pain is a joy!

Done a circuit style of training Saturday followed by an EMOM’s circuit. Sunday cardio . Hit upper body monday. Cardio today and legs tomorrow….
