Mental health is paramount to feeling ok. And being there for others.

Personally I had a shite day. Don't know why,I just did. Thought about every mistake and nuance, could not escape safe it.

It's a safe zone. Say ok not ok . You have friends here

Sorry you had a bad day, life has alot factors affecting us everyday, it can be hard to stay cheerful and positive all the time. I couldn't sleep last night with stuff on my mind. Onwards and upwards but also very important to realise when u aren't coping and need help, it's not weak but one of the strongest things anyone can do xxx

I tried to ring 3 friends and knew would get it. No answer. So I knew fucked. Got it sorted I'm fine. Thanks bud

I'm sorry you didn't get the chance to talk it out...sometimes letting it out, just verbalising it can be very cathartic! X

My son arranged to see a counsellor before when he wasn't coping with stuff and I was so proud of him.

Know that feeling all to well unfortunately but you've already taken the hardest step by opening up about it. Hopefully you have a better day tomorrow and have found that to be the key for me remembering that tomorrow is a brand new day but that's just what works for me it's all about finding what works for you to get yourself through the day until you don't get those dark feelings
