"What is your 10k time ? " I cover 10k each day (usually rest sat/sun), so I cover 50k a week. Timings vary on different days,(Injuries/Fatigue/weather or just a nice easy relaxed pace) but can go from 42 mins if I’m flogging myself to 46 nice and easy | |||

Did 10k this morning (in fact it was closer to 15k) with a stranger who ran past me. We hugged at the end. Hope i see her again. | |||

Need to get back training, would be nice to do 10k sub 45 again. | |||
