I don't know maybe its just me, but its impossible to get a response to a mail these days. You see profiles where they ask you to put some effort into a message, and when you do its the same response as if you didn't. Like sometimes your emails aren't even read, aaaagh so annoying.

Right that's my Sunday morning rant done, good to get it off my chest, must go now and buy a male sex toy

I had a guy say the same thing to me yesterday site was gone to shit he couldn't get a response. When I looked at his profile he had one line bio and one photo from 2013!

Seen a few people say that, the forums definitely are quieter but maybe because life has opened up people are getting on with things. Plenty are still meeting and having fun so I've been told.

If your mails aren't read chances are they don't like your profile. I know I look at a profile before I answer any mails and nowadays if the profile doesn't appeal the chances are I won't answer and sometimes I won't read the mail.

I completely agree it's harder for men on here than women but at the same time I don't see any point anymore in answering mail when I know I won't want to meet the person. I've done that before and in recent times I've realised there is no point because even when you make it clear from the start that you don't want to meet and they ask can we just chat anyhow they end up asking to meet again then act like you led them on because you agreed to just chat and refuse to take no as an answer it's like you chatted so the least they deserve is a shag. So now I can't be bothered anymore.

There is no easy way to get replies or a sure way to get them what appeals to one won't to others.

It seems to have gotten quieter on here recently but that tends to happen anyhow every now and then.

Wasn't it always like this I very rarely get a response think most guys are the same, unless you have the body of a Greek adonis with a 10 inch dick you'll be pushed to 1 side, women are not looking for average men that's the whole point in going online, they can find an average man anywhere..

the ratio with males to females for hetrosexual guys is about 6-7 to 1...it it was reverse guys would be the same and worse

Have a look at your profile bio and pics ....no one has to have a body like the statue of David to get chatting here or meets for that matter..it helps but beauty is only skin deep remember

In my experience having the ability to make someone laugh and have fun outside of any meet has generated more meets and positive experiences than looking like the Greek adonis mentioned..

I cant give unsolicited advice on your or anyone elses profile, it's against rules and I am not popular enough to get away with breaking rules.

I can say, just use the site as it is intended. Read and look at profiles that attract you.

1) Do they have a lot of meets? Then they want someone sociable who will meet short notice for them, and give them notice of meets. If not, they want to meet higher quality but less often

2) Do they suck dick bare/unprotected sex. Then park your morals at the door and do not be judgmental. You need to be up for fun, party, and let go.

3) Read through their veris, often what they say on their profile wont match the people who verifi them, but you can learn. Are they verified by party animals jumping from bed to bed, drug users, people who can string a sentence of english? professionals, blank discreet profiles, the type that will host or travel at short notice?

If you're a,b,c and a,y,z is on their profile they wont reply just cause you matched a. You can either become a,y,z if thats the most popular combination, or look for a lower return of a,b,c matches.

Since covid, the most popular range of attributes have been Non Judgemental, Willing to travel and host, party, fun types - If you meet this then you wont even need good grasp of english in your profile etc.

I haven't given any thought to getting replies in more than 2 years.

I put the effort into my profile and forum engagement and let others find me.

Might not suit everyone but it works for me even without the 10 inch dick and looking like Adonis' much older brother

A pretty face has no bearing on whether I am willing to talk to someone or not. I have, once or twice, been on the receiving end of an unsolicited messages from both men and women but I will always reply out of courtesy. Why gay guys proposition men with no indication that they are bi or gay is another thread entirely but, I feel they are at least entitled to positivity and manners.

I do wish more ladies were capable of seeing past my underwear but alas, my block list grows daily.
