Rise and shine...

Good morning fabbers have a great day, how long does it take you to rise and shine what's your routine? Is it the same every morning for me I go through my phone for about a half hour sometimes more or less. I have a ritual then I get up with a positive start.

On a good day I sit up in bed and do some face yoga exercises.

Then I have a shower, feed the cats and do half an hour Qi Gong and half an hour yoga

On a bad day I scroll on the phone for an hour or do and throw everything off kilter

This morning looks like the latter gah!

When I am in a good place , seconds

During difficult times ? Well it does take forever to write a gratitude list , do a body scan and progressive muscle relaxation and do the happy faces app having woken up with the usual beating myself up mentally thing

Totally depends tbh but always always get going in a positive mood

A scroll through the phone, a few yoga stretch's to ensure I can move like a human being when I get out of the bed, and straight out the door for a walk. Clothes donned obviously first. sets me up well for a hectic day, which most seem to be.

There's some interesting morning routines some mornings I do some training and yoga moves . I'm interested about these face yoga moves tell me more about them ?

There's a woman called Danielle Collins online who does it. Apparently it's like a natural Botox.
