A good support system in place. I use to rub my dog but must buy fluffy blanket instead for now lol. Minding the baby is soothing nice cuddles .

There is plenty of other things that can be soothing instead of thinking sex will fix all problems lol.

My dog, she doesn't give a flying fuck how tired or grumpy I am, that walk is non-negotiable.

Other than that, knowing there are people who depend on me and/or look to me for guidance.
