The gloryholes I've seen in real life tend to be big enough (and more or less the right height) to allow her (or him) to bend down and allow access. I guess the bench is the difference so other positions are possible. Sounds like fun.

About 25 years ago there were public toilets in Kilkenny near Dunnes Stores that had a glory hole between cubicles.

Had a nice experience there once when a cock suddenly appeared.
