Anyone know how you get through besides phone. rang the specific premier inn 10 times between yesterday and today and can't get through because of a high number in calls. no email address or anything.

Premierinn.com gives you the list of hotels in the uk with the phone number for each one

Drop the 0 and put 0044 before the rest of the number given

no issue there. issue is getting to speak to somebody. no email or other contact type anywhere.

Have you tried tweeting them? That gets answers pretty quickly usually - no one likes bad publicity

Try tweeting AT them. Put a full stop at the start of your tweet, before their name, and it'll be seen by more people. Direct messages they can ignore cos it's not public. And use some sort of popular bad customer service hashtag
