Good evening fabsters,so what have you had or are going to have for dinner, I've marinaded venison backstraps overnight in red wine honey and a hint of brandy, butterflied them today and stuffed with soft cream cheese garlic and herbs, jalapeño and onion all wrapped in maple and smoked bacon and done in the oven then served with colcannon and mash turnip and carrot drizzled with a red wine and chocolate sauce, and of course only the finest of a bottle of red wine

I’ve just had a slow cooked beef brisket burger with truffle and Parmesan cheese fries. Apart from not having enough fries it was very delicious

Abrakebabra!

It's been forever since we had it and it was gloriously delicious and will require a 10k walk tomorrow! Or a day in the pin watching the rugby, hoping someone drops the same into you between the two important games

East / North, Cork

We had colcannon also! With battered cod, brocoli, and homemade tartare sauce.
