Somewhere in Co. Down

Broken nose 3 times, broke both forearm bones in left arm, broke several bones in my hand,I've been stitched up on 4 separate occasions, I've torn several ligaments, I've been concussed three times,I've had a few hairline fractures on my hip,and I've lost count of the amount of times I have had broken toes .Apart from that nothing else that I can think of.

I split my foreskin,badly.

I was a kid playing soccer with a hard on and got a kick to the groin,1 in a million chance it would catch me that way but it did.

Still have the scar

I regularly injure myself at work, burns and cuts.

Mostly cut my hands with razor sharp blades, and i just superglue cut closed.

Not many know that superglue was invented by US military for exactly that,a quick closing of cuts on the battlefield

Works great too

Broke my right arm, smashed my left elbow into 1000 bits, tore my right knee and ankle ligaments, squished both lower legs, broke off corner of one of my front teeth, serious cut just under my right eye.... I'm sure if I think longer there's more, I was not the most behaved girl and if you like a bit of action things can go wrong...

Fair play getting through that and coming out the other side stronger

I broke my collar bone as a child escaping the cot.

Broke my nose a few times, playing rugby mainly. Broke my coccyx twice. Broken arm, broken finger. Arthritis in neck from a car crash. Few stitches along the way aswell. Eye torn, that was a sore one.

The worst one though was definitely a broken heart

Having all my teeth knocked back up into my gums after being hit by a seesaw

Split chin from falling down an escalator

Toes split open from running into a metal gate barefoot

Impalement through my finger onto a wire fence when I was roller skating down a very steep hill

Shin splints from playing netball

Dislocated collar bone from a fall

Massive bruising to my leg, back, arm & side from a fall from height

Broken ribs - twice - from playing bagpipes

And most recently, probable broken finger after a fire door slammed closed on my hand a few weeks ago

There are probably more I've forgotten too

Seen your profile pic and genuinely have nothing but great admiration for you and I sincerely hope that you have won your battle.

I thought i was bad losing my sight for 2 years due to Diabetic retinopathy and having surgery to regain my sight and now having long term problems with my eyes and am regularly at all sorts of eye clinics but it pales into insignificance when i see and hear of a relatively young woman losing a breast due to cancer.

Stay strong and my thoughts are with you

Somewhere

Mr here, mostly sport related, except the 1st one.

4inch gash on my head after banging it on the corner of a wall which knocked me out and I woke up in a pool of blood in the hallway which frightened the life out of my parents.

Broken nose from basketball. Fractured cheek bone in soccer.

Broken wrist from football.

Dislocated thumb, football.

Broken index and middle fingers on both hands, football.

Cruciate ligament right knee, soccer.

Broken ankle, football.

Ankle ligaments on the same ankle in a separate incident, football.

Broken toes, soccer.

Think that's the main ones. Have torn ligaments and done damage to muscles, groin, hamstring, quad, bicep and calf.

Wouldnt mind, I'm not even very good at any sport but I've played all my life and enjoy it. Injuries just come with it I guess.
