"Hey just wondering do many people out there have some sort of body confidence issues? Doesn't matter how small or big, what have ye done to over come them? Was it a long process? Speaking for myself I am self aware but I'm always continuing to work on it, not easy at all but what can ya do lol " Yep, Mr here. I hate my body. An injury playing football, followed by lockdown meant I piled on the weight and I hate it. Tipped the scales at 17stone after 1st lockdown and said i had to do something about it. Started back running and getting the injury sorted myself as had no access to physio during lockdown. Joined a gym that does classes only and lost a stone because the trainer is unreal. She genuinely cares about her clients and even though there could be 15 of us in a class, it feels like a personal training session she gives that much advice and encouragemen, am around 15st 10lbs now but still want the belly to be a bit flatter. I was never into gaining muscles or 6 pack or anything but I have my favourite shirt in the wardrobe and I'm working towards fitting comfortably into that again.

"I would suggest you try two things OP First, stop comparing yourself with others, there will always be someone with bigger/better/longer/smoother whatever-it-is, then focus on what you like best about your body. We can all look in the mirror and see the flaw while ignoring all the positives, and don't forget to appreciate your body for all that it can do! We are amazing works of engineering" Great advice thank you!

Exercise is fine but it's the eating shit that gets me!
