Day use Hotel review

I used this site the other day to book lovely room in Jury's for the ironically priced €69

You have use of the day room hotels between 9-5.

There's 11 to choose from in Dublin and there's none for the rest of the country. Do country Fabbers not like riding in the daytime

You don't need a credit card to make the booking and you can pay in cash at the hotel. Which I'm sure might suit a lot of people here!

All in all highly recommend. It suits me perfectly as I find it hard to get night away from kids

We always use Day Use hotels in Belfast for meets. Up until this month the one we use most often always took cash. Now if you're paying cash you also have to give them a £100 damage deposit however payment by card didn't require it. I guess it varies from hotel to hotel

Don't think they take cash payment as they need a card linked to the room. Revolut works just fine

Can guests get to the rooms in any of these hotels without a room key?

So for example if I was waiting on a guest would I need to go and meet them or could they just arrive at my room door and knock?

Never heard of these rooms before but what a great idea

Most hotels for security reason require a key card to access the bedroom floors...or use the lift.

Only 2 good hotel in dublin I know of thst currently don't use key card...

PM for details if interested

My meet was in Jury's Christchurch I had to come down to them in lobby as you need key for lift

Mine is separate to main bank account, no statement, only on phone and never been refused personally.

Some you can pay for (maldron in Belfast you can pay for up to 3 hours in each direction ) And some you can ask very nicely (Ellison in co.mayo) and they facilitate
