Get a temporary pre-loaded debit card, rather than using your own card.

Amsterdam is full of scams and frauds, particularly in the Red Light district.

This may not suit your tastes, but try to go to see the new Rhine barrier out near Bergen Op Zoom: absolutely spectacular, but will protect Holland, or more precisely The Netherlands from future flooding caused by the ongoing sea level rise and the settling of drains Dutch land.

The newest floating city near Amsterdam is very interesting; it copies the floating house principle on the Thames bank, that was featured on Grand Designs several times.

Finally, although the Dutch police have a liberal attitude to Dutch cannabis users, this does not apply to foreign nationals, especially temporary visitors.

Same place cafe is a club that’s worth a visit, just make sure you get the right night to suit what you want. There’s also fun4two but I’ve never been, good bit out from the city

It really is a great city, the best in fact.

Nice things to do… plenty, canals, museums, cafes and bars to people watch. Recommend hiring a bicycle, great fun and safe way to get around. Great just cycling from bar/cafe to the next. The red light district is great and fun, very safe and a great buzz. Take in the museums and galleries, they do it so well. And the parks, take a picnic on your bike.

Naughty……Same Place or Fata Morgana, been to both. Look em up to see if can fit into your itinerary.

Most of all, enjoy Amsterdam, one of those special places where a continual state of horniness is maintained throughout the whole visit.

Yesss finally something I can get involved in, if your heading to Amsterdam I recomend packing comfy shoes ?? when I was there my self and my ex got the train from skippol airport (fucking easy, don’t bother with transfairs) when In Amsterdam there is so much to do the highlight for me has to be the hinken experience (I’m not a beer drinker but god it was the best pint I’ve ever had and well worth the money) another good attraction is the ice bar, if you go there make sure you get a pint instead of a shot, they only give you one ice glass, so if you get a shot and then a pint you end up with a shot of beer (if that makes sence). The red light district well it’s something else really, no matter what way you walk you will end up in it there’s lots of scams and people will approach you and offer you drugs, just say no and they will go away there’s some good sex shows but I found them very scripted and no chemistry at all and as for the best pace I found was the Grand Prix coffee shop, everywere else I thought was shit lol

I’ve been to Amsterdam many times so if you want any help, tips or advise feel free to shoot me a pm

100% spa Zuiver is a must, we have been there many times and it is the most beautiful spa, and it nude, as far as swinger clubs go to Fata Morgana it is only about €25 by taxi from the city. Its a really good club with lots of hotties.

Just back from fantadtic weekend in amsterdam.

Few things for anyone going soon.

You need antigen test before flying and passenger locator form filled online or paper too. There was a near riot at easyjet checkin desk with several passengers who didnt have test...held up flight for over an hour. Once in to amsterdam.... No probs, barely looked at anything!!

They all eventually got on but not sure if they had to pay for 'quick' tests.

We didnt have to show any proof of vaccination anywhere IN amsterdam. All good.

Taxi to fata from city is about €50+ in Uber. Earlier in day it showed €40+..when we booked it was 50.

We went on sunday night as we only arrived on sunday.... DON'T GO on a sunday!! It was virtually dead.... Not many couples there and more 'older' couples than we expected. Luckily we hooked up with one of the best couples there that night and still had a brilliant night (AND they drove us back to city!)

The club itself was amazing. I can only imagine what it must be like full of fit hot couples on a saturday! Lots of rooms, dark room looked amazing (was empty when we popped our head in) we got a nice little play area for ourselves.

Later went into the BDSM room and had a quick play. To see miss with legs up on chair... I wish i had my phone! Lol

Free drinks, got a little too d*unk mind you!

Red light area is utterly shit! I was looking forward to us having a bit of fun in peep shows or booths, or even a cinema. Only one peep show going, and woman on rotating bed was VERY rough! Lol!

B1 Shop/cinema was closed due to renovation. Was looming forward to that too!

Didnt bother with sex show... Knew it would be shit! Expected a LOT more from red light area.

Dont get run over by a cyclist.... And dont get too mashed in a coffee shop either!!
