What makes you happy?

Belfast

We all have those tiny little things that bring us joy for very little reason.

What's your little thing?

I love a hot bath, and watching our doggo do pretty much anything- he's just precious

Docklands

There's a hill where I used to live in Brisbane, sitting at the top of it for sun rise or set and the light bounce off the skyscrapers just fills me so much whenever I get back there.

My daughter too and her warm heart, but that's just a given.

Newry Down

I have studied the subject of (getting a good night's) sleep for years; nothing gives me greater pleasure-on my own-than climbing into my own bed, after a long productive day in Belfast, a hot bath and with fresh sheets.

I am assured of a great night's sleep: the room has alao been fitted with blackout blinds; the bedroom is well ventilated and my formerly noisy neighbours have left!

A good sleep: one of life's greatest pleasures, next to spending an active night in someone else's bed!

Assisting people who have hit a psychological 'roadblock' in their lives by providing them with the best information available on the planet, and encouraging to take the next step, that previously seemed impossible to make.

That feels oddly specific but so vague at the same time

My dogs and horses make me smile every day. Good friends who are always there for me especially on the bad days and when I get a good night's sleep that always makes me happy.

Watching my cats eat, makes me so happy and listening to their cute wee purr-snores as they sleep with full bellies.

Getting to the top of Cavehill as a really good song comes on for a tip of the nose wiggle. All the makings of this makes me happy.

Never mind that, taking a bag of chocolates and eating then while actually doing the shopping is better... lol.
