Go GP shopping. One is bound to know an off label script or something. Stay away from older GPS. I moved out of dublin and was shocked at how up to date the new gp was with people my age.

From my perspective a lot of guys who suffer from premature ejaculation have put far too much pressure on themselves to perform, defeating themselves mentally even before they begin. They have the misconception they must be able to maintain their erection for hours on end. I don't suffer from PE, and from previous experience about 80% of women I had sex with are more than happy with around twenty minutes of continuous penetration, although a very small minority greedy girls need up to 45 minutes of continuous penetration before they've had enough.

Guys also totally underestimate a woman's sexual energy. They see a petite woman half their size, and end up like a newbie surfer who looses his nerve the first time he becomes overwhelmed by a wave and gets spat out in the shore break. Yes I know that a lot of guys will just roll their eyes and dismiss my advice as load of woo woo pseudo spiritual bullshit, but a man must learn to relax and co-exist with a woman's sexual energy, use her energy to lift you and propel you forward, like an experienced surfer uses the energy of the wave to get the ride.

Kegel exercises for men are supposed to be good. Lifting hips from a lying down position. That and stopping you pee every 30 secs for a count of 10 before releasing. Learn to feel the muscles that you use to stop peeing and then you can squeeze them regularly and this improves your stamina, supposedly
