There are no does or donts,as long as everyone is respectful to each other,and no means no,shouldn't have to be rules ,we'll saying that there should be a few ,and should be made very clear from they start so everyone know that there in a relaxed atmosphere,

Have plenty of condoms, wipes and remove anything in your house which mite get broken.

Tell anyone coming to bring there own drinks, just supply glasses(plastic ones are best).

I'd try a hotel or "maybe" the new club would be an ideal venue
