Digging used to be an activity reserved for quiet out of the way places where privacy was reasonably assured for the select few.

The mobile phone has facilitated the flash mob phenomenon where an unwanted mob can be present within minutes.

I think that dogging is dead; I don't know anyone who has ever been to a dogging event.

I can understand why...a lovely part of the north with loads of little bays, dead-ends, etc. Anyone not familiar with that area would find it almost impossible to find a specific pocatio; I have a really good OS map of that area.

The little village of Kearney is beautiful, as is the area around Nendrum monastery, close to where SN lives.
