Tramore beach is a good spot long walk to get to it but we'll worth it. Cold water swimming is great for the body's natural healing system

Ah it's give here aswell lol. I have had meets of just giving and one or two lucky give abd take. But there's no way i would just receive.

I swim every day - best thing I ever started. To be honest after three swims I didnt really notice the cold.

The biggest issue is getting dressed as quickly as possible afterwards - wind chill.

Whether you are wearing togs or not will not change the water temperature !!
