has anybody here applied for a truck licence? After completing theory, before you apply for learner permit, do u need to have a CPC card? searching online and can't find much.

Doingmine now... hav rigid and artic liciemce... but if u wanna drive professionally... i.e... emoloyed by simebody... u need to do cpc parts 1 to 4... and apply for cpc card

You can pass both rigid and artic practical test without cpc.

But only any good if u just wanna drive your trucj

Oh yeh ... think u need medical to go in and get your learner permit at the NDLS office

No you don't need the cpc to get your licence, you only need your cpc in certain circumstances if you are going to drive a truck for a living.
