When I was working and living just south of Dublin, decades ago, I used a PT, a personal trainer, for a time in an upmarket gym, but I wouldn't do it again.

I got far more from joining an early morning fitness class that was organised by a highly competent fitness expert.

Most gyms will have there own pts

Otherwise try Instagram it seems to be like number one topic there lately.

Word of advise go have chat first do t commit to a pt without feeling comfortable.

Some just rush it and want you in and out asap
