Going for obvious ones to start

No time to die ending shocked me

Spiderman no way home my hopes for that might been but too high.

Ghostbusters was actually good didn't think would be.

What were yours

Aw I loved No Way Home, thought it was the perfect mix of nostalgia and action.

No Time To Die - I fell asleep in the cinema and have no idea what happened with it.

Was Dune 2021? I thought that was excellent, I haven't read the book though.

It wasn't as good if I'm being honest, but I think it's more of a pacing issue than anything else, still worth a watch

Don't Look Up.

Holds a mirror up to a growing class of science deniers in modern society. Faced with catastrophe, its the big political lie, and the insatiable greed of the billionaire that holds sway in a world about to meet its doom. Excellent depiction of Trump's America.

That was SO GOOD. I absolutely loved it.

I just have this terrible problem lately where I'm not sure what year a film has come out in it's cos I haven't been to the cinema mainly but I've not kept on top of new releases at all

The Unforgivable was excellent. Stand out choice for me. Not much competition though, a disappointing year but understandable. Need to watch the Many Saints of Newark though.

Not voting, sorry.

As I haven't been able to get to a cinema this year

I've watched a shed load of movies but I wouldn't vote as I haven't seen them in a cinema.

I do have projector, big screen and surround sound and my two current favourites on that are Godzilla v Kong and Blade Runner 2049 but I don't think they qualify anyway.

Looking forward to getting back to the IMAX in Blanch soon

I'd go with Dune and Ghostbusters where my big screen favourites.

Big telly and a 100 inch projector in the man cave for most others. Both Bladerunner movies definitely among my favourites.

6 underground visually very good with Ryan Reynolds as Ryan Reynolds.

There's not been a whole lot out in cinemas that would float my boat.

I enjoyed Arracht which wasn't filmed last year but was the only thing I saw in a cinema. I don't tend to watch movies at home as most don't hold my attention long enough. Watched The Unforgiveable, Sandra Bullock was good, but the film itself wasn't great, had that "made for TV" B-movie drama feel about it.

I honestly don't recall watching any other films in the past 12 months except that spoof of the year thing with Hugh Grant which was funny in parts but basically a rehash of the previous year's version.

Hopefully the industry will recover this year and cinemas will offer a bit more than Marvel and horror

Saw Tragedy of Macbeth and was well impressed. Really striking looking film, the witches scene especially. First time I've actually understood Shakespeare!

on the hill NordWest of

I really enjoyed 'don't look up', great satire mirroring the manipulative media, corrupt government/politians and greedy magnates and their indifference to a looming catastrophe, simply persueing their own interests.
