Feel that today should be a little different, how about today we spread a little happiness, cheer or love or just make someone smile.

Even if not on Fab, today just reach out to someone, or hold that door open for someone, ask that person behind the shop counter how they are? Or buy an extra coffee in the petrol station for the next person.

Sometimes all it takes is one kind gesture to make someone's day.

And to anyone struggling take a deep breath, close your eyes and have a big devine snuggle

(And no I'm not d*unk, )

I had a double wammy yesterday, door held for a lady with a pram yesterday at the post office, not because she was fit . Then in tesco put my shopping down and helped a wee pensioner with her shopping to her car. #randomacts.

I often hold doors (for men and women), give up seats on buses etc but a lot of the time you get a suspicious looks. As if you are doing this act for some alternative motive. This unfortunately is the world we live in and after the events of the last few days I can only see those suspicious looks getting more frequent. So can I make an alternative suggestion? Give a donation to your local women's aid or r*pe crisis centre. I know for a fact that r*pe crisis centres up and down the country are in desperate need of funding
