Egg: whichever way, as long as it's cooked (no runny eggwhite) - actually, we used to spoon whipped eggyolk mixed with sugar as children before salmonella were a fear factor - it was yummmmm

Steak: medium/rare

Milk: skimmed, with cereal or coffee, never out of a glass

Alcohol: meh, West Coast Cooler, Lager, Vodka and Coke but rarely, rarely drink

Warm drink: instant coffee (Arabic bean), blonde (like me), toffee flavoured sweetener drops

Searing hot grill and one minute each side?

Actually better if you do it on charcoal BBQ white hot coals, fan the ash off and just throw steak on hot coals for a minute each side

No, I use alpro protein Soya and heat it before adding the brewed coffee

My local Applegreen has a coffee machine now with oat milk instead of ordinary milk
