Rookie forum query - disappeances

Just curious - I’ve noticed that sometimes the “looked at me” on dashboard reduces. For example, a lovely looking couple were logged this morning as having looked at my page and about an hour later, the number reduced by one and they disappeared from list.

Not a big issue - more curious than anything!

It could be something to do with ninja mode. I research in ninja mode but often have looked at profiles with ninja mode off but after I turn ninja mode back on. I think my view disappears

I think that's true. In your privacy settings you can turn on and off whether you are seen looking at profiles. If it's turned off, you're viewing history on other profiles disappears, or they may have hidden their profile. That makes the view disappear too.

Hadn’t even thought of stealth mode!

And no - not blocked! Can still look at their profile.

Three things can make a view disappear from what I know:

- privacy settings adjusted to not show on profile views

- user blocked you or you blocked them

- profile in question is deleted
