Wouldn't be a fan of most of his music. But I dont think all his stuff is the same, compared to alot of popular pop singers he seems to at least try alot of different stuff.

I'd also say he is a pretty talented song writer.

Wouldn’t be a big fan of his music but there’s an article he did when he was a nobody and he pretty much predicted exactly how his career would pan out. His self actualisation/ realisation is unbelievable

I'm too tolerant, I think - I can't think of any artists that would actually really grate on me. I just don't care enough. I listen to my music, completely random stuff. Some of his work may well be in it and I wouldn't have a clue . Other than that, whatever the children like to listen to and that's not him I think

He is pretty talented, not that I would listen to his songs that often but there are a few that shows he's capable of more than just pop songs. I'd take him over Niall Horan any day

I saw him years ago before his world dominance, on jools holland. I liked him then and for maybe a year after. Im not a fan now. But i will say this, he comes across as a really nice guy. Thought he was brilliant on the toy show last year. Very likeable

I don't mind him at all...he's pretty inoffensive. What he does live - sampling and looping on the hoof- is actually pretty clever even if it's not your cup of tea

There are millions out there with middle of the road taste in music unfortunately, people lap up his sh*t. Me, I'd rather self harm than listen to him (and that's not on my to do list either).

He seems like a decent guy but once he starts singing . I've even seen him murder old folk songs online, no, just no and people are using loop pedals for years, you'd swear he invented the technology himself they way some people talk about him.

"Friends in low places" "Angels" and "Wonderwall" are probably the three songs from the 90's that most people know the words of and are happy to belt out at a sing song. 10 and 20 years from now, people will be singing Ed's stuff at a party... so best start learning the words

Not a huge fan but seriously talented guy

Yea, I was coming here to say this. Of all the samey artists out there Ed is NOT one of them. I find his music really versatile tbh

For a couple of years, the name Ed Sheeran has been cropping up in the media.

Is he a singer or a performer and is he of any merit?

I have no interest whatsoever in the arts, I have never seen his photo, never googled him, but he would appear to be mentioned more frequently in the news.

The above paragraph is 100% genuine. I know nothing about him; where is he from? Is he Irish?

The 3 songs you just listed are atrocious and massively overplayed . He's in the same league alright

Yes "atrocious" TO YOU. Anyway, while you're standing at the bar hearing those "overplayed" songs I'll be with everyone but I'll be singing especially for you!
