Sometimes you don't need to know just been there can be all that's needed.

Enfield & Dublin

Start at the start, “Is there something I can do?” Is there someone I can call?

I’m here to help you.

I'd be upset that this person has so much sadness that she can't contain it bc most people don't want to cry in front of others.

So I would just cry with her & then we'd both need to be consoled

"Whip out your penis....

Does it make people laugh or cry harder, in your experience?

It really can go either way but it's a hell of alot easier than talking to them

Had this happen twice when I was running a place. I found a female staff member both times and sent them to console them.

Dublin South

In this day and age i wouldnt be mad on the hugging idea, as someone else said, get another female they trust to talk to them. If thats not available, discuss it with them but no physical contact.
